Installation
Register in the application.
Go through the initial account setup and customize the application behavior according to your needs.
The result of the initial registration phase is a functional user account and a unique code for insertion into your website.
In the application administration, copy the generated code to the clipboard (Ctrl + C or Command + C)
Insert the generated code into the HTML code of your website before the tag
After insertion, the application automatically starts working and responding to messages sent from the pages where it is installed.
Tracking Received Messages
Log in to the application administration with your credentials.
Switch to received messages in the side menu.
Here are the individual communication threads.
After clicking on a communication thread, you will view the entire communication history.
